OBAMA ADMINISTRATION CHANGES THE RULES TO DESTROY INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE Obama just changed the rules of Selective Service System record-keeping to allow the destruction of existing documents that may be sought by investigators – four days after Sheriff Joe filed requests to view original Obama materials! URGENT: On September 20, 2011, the Selective Service System's new privacy rules were changed to allow existing copies of documents to be destroyed. This was just four short days after Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio announced that the Cold Case Posse was opening the first ever criminal probe WITH FULL SUBPOENA POWER to investigate the alleged forgery of Barack Hussein Obama's Selective Service registration form and long-form birth certificate. First, Obama just evaded the questions regarding the where's and the why's of his past and alleged birth certificate. Then, anomalies – one after another – began showing up in whatever form of documentation was discovered… That's not to mention all of Obama's missing and sealed personal records! Barack Obama, the one and the same president who campaigned on a transparent "open" government and catchy phrases like "full disclosure," refuses to unseal his medical records, school records, college records, birth records, employment records, and passport records. Obama's Columbia College thesis is under wraps just as much as his authentic Selective Service registration. No one can find Obama's legislative records from the Illinois State Senate – nor can anyone find his those relevant scheduling records. There are no records available for his attendance at the elite K-12 college prep school, Punahou School, in Hawaii, which would be a boon for all Americans as the school records would LIKELY CONTAIN A BIRTH CERTIFICATE just as his Occidental College records may show he attended there as a foreign exchange student. Of course, that Barry's Occidental College records are also sealed doesn't surprise us since Obama used his Indonesian name, "Barry Soetoro," while attending there. Sheriff Joe even attempted to get answers from the U.S. Selective Service System, asking its director, Lawrence Romo, to either provide the original source document or to move forward with an investigation of its own. Romo – who was appointed by Obama eight months into the administration – dismissed the request in a three-sentence letter dated March 22 and written on his behalf by Richard S. Flahavan, Associate Director of Public & Intergovernmental Affairs. Sheriff Joe then sent a second letter to Romo requesting clarification after the first letter declared they had "no evidence that President Obama's 1980 registration is not authentic" and referred the Cold Case Posse to the FBI. In his second letter, Sheriff Joe again asked the agency whether or not they were in possession of the original, authentic Selective Service registration form for Barack Obama and requesting permission for his Sheriff's Office investigators to inspect the document. It comes as no surprise that Sheriff Joe is still waiting for a response to his second letter. In the meantime, the first updated changes to the Selective Service System privacy regulations in 11 years, were published under the title, "Privacy Act of 1974; Publication of Notice of Systems of Records. They alter the status of federal records, like the requested draft registration records, from "record copies" to "nonrecord copies." Nonrecord copies are subject to permanent disposal. This means the new rules allow the government to destroy microfilm copies of Selective Service registration records, which may hamper law enforcement agency requests seeking records access for investigative purposes. It will also impede media access and government watchdogs from successful Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) demands. An additional rules change which governs information sharing with state and local jurisdictions is clearly designed to block inquiries like that of the Cold Case Posse. If microfilm copies of Selective Service records are destroyed, it becomes very difficult to prove when or even whether Obama registered with the Selective Service. Foreign students are not required to register with the Selective Service, and absent a verifiable record of his registration, this would raise questions about Obama's legal status at that time. Was he a U.S. citizen or a foreign student, possibly with an Indonesian passport? The issue has been persistently raised but unanswered whether under the adoption of his step-father Lolo Soetoro, Obama attended Occidental College in Los Angeles as a foreign student, based on Indonesian citizenship. A paper copy of Obama's selective service registration card, called a form "SSS-1," was obtained days before the 2008 elections through a FOIA request by Stephen Coffman, a retired Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent. A spokesperson from ICE, an agency of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, confirmed that Coffman retired from the agency in June, 2007. Richard S. Flahavan, Selective Service System Associate Director of Public and Intergovernmental Affairs, confirmed in a March 2009 letter to Kenneth Allen that Obama did register for selective service on July 29, 1980 at a Honolulu, Hawaii post office. The original microfilm record of registration should be in the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). An independent review of the entire microfilm record, not just Obama's record, still could confirm whether the record supplied by Flahavan to Coffman and Allen is a true copy of the original document. Any original paper form likely would have been destroyed only after being transferred into original microfilm records, microfilm record copies, and computer storage systems. If the status of those microfilm copies is now "nonrecord" rather than "record," under the new regulations, most of those records could be permanently destroyed. But even if the microfilm copy at the Selective Service System Data Management Center in Illinois has been destroyed, the original microfilm should still be held at one of the Federal Record Centers, long term record facilities operated by NARA. We need to DEMAND that Sheriff Joe's Posse be given access! After reviewing pouring over authentic Selective Service registration forms obtained from the federal government though Freedom of Information Act requests – Sheriff Joe and the Cold Case Posse discovered ONLY Barack Hussein Obama's had anomalies of any kind, and particularly it had ones that the Cold Case Posse easily replicated through INTENTIONAL MANIPULATION. To introduce the evidence, or refresh your memory if you already watched the March 1 press conference where Sheriff Joe released the findings of this on-going investigation, we'll walk you through it.
Exhibit A (above) is Obama's Selective Service registration form. Now, paying close attention to the Post Office date stamp (July 29, 1980) in the lower right corner, and compare it to Exhibit B (below), which presents four of the authentic Selective Service registration forms. Notice a difference?
ALL of the authentic forms handed over by the feds have a Post Office stamp that indicated the year with four digits… It just so happens that the year designation in Obama's registration has two digits, "80" instead of "1980." Well, the Cold Case Posse asked themselves 'how did this happen?' as any reasonable person would, and here's their theory:
Exhibit C (above) shows the standard date-stamp equipment used to stamp Selective Service registration forms. The close-up shows three slots on the bottom of the stamp in which the month, day and year plugs were inserted.
Looking at Exhibit D (above), you see five examples of expected results from the pica stamp used by the U.S. Postal Service, the first two of which are from the same Post Office – Makiki Station in Honolulu, Hawaii – indicated on Obama's Selective Service registration. And wait for it… Exhibit E (below).
Investigators were unable to obtain an authentic 1980 pica date stamp, they used their wits and cut a 2008 pica Post Office date stamp, inverted the "08" portion, and SURPRISE! When it was place in the date compartment, the stamp printed an "80" IDENTICAL to the date stamp on Obama's Selective Service registration card seen in Exhibit F (below).
And now, Exhibit G (below) which shows Obama's Selective Service registration stamp on the left and an authentic Selective Service registration on the right from the SAME MONTH, from the SAME POST OFFICE.
Could it be that the inked "19" just didn't hit the paper when the "80" did? It's unlikely at best. Especially when you notice the numbers "80" in Obama's card are out of line to the right, and the only feasible explanation is that when the numbers "08" were cut away from the "2008" date plug (like in the Cold Case Posse demonstration) they were not cut squarely. Of course, falsification of Obama's Selective Service registration is just the tip of the fraud iceberg! The major preliminary finding of the Sheriff Joe's Cold Case Posse volunteer law enforcement investigation: "President Barack Obama's long-form birth certificate released by the White House on April 27, 2011, is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery, not a scan of an original 1961 paper document as represented by the White House when the long-form birth certificate was made public."
In a series of videos, the Cold Case Posse PROVED WITHOUT A DOUBT that the anomalies on the birth certificate released by the White House CANNOT BE DUPLICATED by OCR and optimization as Obama-supporters argued. In fact, anomalies like the "white halo effect" around the lettering (see image above) can only be produced through INTENTIONAL electronic manipulation, and the Cold Case Posse has identified a "person of interest" as the probable perpetrator. The Obama administration is systematically, systemically destroying Obama's documentary history while hiding behind scurrilous attacks on Sheriff Joe, trying to distract from and discredit the Cold Case Posse criminal investigation. But WE know better than to fall for Obama's trickery and deceit. We MUST overwhelm our elected officials until state ballot eligibility laws are upheld, and a congressional investigation is executed! This constitutional crisis MUST be resolved! With the Presidential Election only eight months away, we need to do more than ask questions. We MUST make sure Congress throws their support behind Sheriff Joe. And we MUST make sure Sheriff Joe has every resource available to keep the Cold Case Posse Investigation going stronger than ever before for as long as it takes to without-a-doubt prove that Barack Hussein Obama is Constitutionally-eligible to President of the United States of America – or NOT.
